From my own experience:

Cheap Motomaster blades from CDN Tire - $10 each; fall apart after about 6 months.

AC Delco blades from the dealership I work for - $10 each (employee discount); fall apart after about 6 months.

As long as the frame is metal, at $3 a pop you're not really going too far wrong here.
