Carbine Match @ Guelph Rod & Gun

Lots of fun. The weather was not bad at all, a little cool and windy but dry!! There were a good number of the ORA CBQ shooters there as well, no surprise really. I hope this will be a regular feature at the Guelph club.

Is there a redacted scoresheet that can be posted here? (without any personal information)

I would love to see how all the different divisions played out. (Optics vs non-scoped etc.)

I'll go out on a limb and guess that the optics divisions scored higher on average, but then factoring in experience and skill... You can't really come to a solid conclusion as to who performs better...
A poor shooter with an scope is easily bested by a good shooter with irons.
That's why we have separate divisions.

Turnout was lower than expected. I had many more who sent in emails saying they were coming.
I assume some chickened out thinking it was going to rain. It turned out to be a fine day.
I can run this match match on our new 50 yard indoor range as well and just might.
