Yup, I've had a few and they all had that dial type rear sight. If I'm not mistaken, these were arsenal re-worked by shortening the barrel and the rear sights were replaced.

It is a conversion from a Carl Gustav M96 to a M96/38 with a Vasteras rear sight which is nice to have. Your barrel is a standard length. They converted alot of M96's to the M38 configuration.
