Carl Gustafs m/96 6.5X55 Swede Value???

Looking to put a price to a carl gustaf m/96 rifle, made in 1910 excellent condition with all serial numbers matching, any help would be great, Thanks Glenn

Without seeing pictures I would estimate 300-400 dollars.

Sounds about what you'd pay in CN. Here in UK an all-matching m/96 runs about $800 or more. Mine cost me $900 about four years back.....

A Swedish Mauser m/96 with a good barrel and matching numbers should be in the $300 to $400 range. I was at two Gun Shows in Ontario this weekend, and it looked like the average price was about $375. The Mauser m/38 rifles were a bit more.

Pictures would be a big help and forestall a lot of questions. What shape is the stock in? Is it walnut or beech? Is it complete with the cleaning rod? How's the bore? Pictures would tell a lot of the story and help in the appraisal along with a fuller description. They seem to be less plentiful than they were a few years back and the prices I'm seeing reflect that.
