A perfect event for non-licensed holders and new licensed holders in Ottawa!

The Carleton University Firearms Association will be hosting its first Fall Semester range day at the Eastern Ontario Shooting Club on Saturday, September 25th, 11:00-4:00!

In line with Carleton University administration guidance, all participants must attest to be vaccinated.

Transportation will not be provided by the CFA. Drivers who want to volunteer to drive participants to the event will be given $5.00. In addition, drivers will be given a magazine of .22lr (ten rounds) per person he or she drives to the event.

Please arrive on time for a safety briefing, purchasing of tickets, and handing out of hearing and eye protection.

Range Fee: $15.00 - Will act as a one-time membership fee for a year + insurance, disposable hearing & lent eye protection, and three splatter targets. Insurance will be provided by the Canadian University Shooting Federation (CUSF). Students who attend subsequent range days will not be required to pay for the insurance portion of the fee. CUSF members will just need to pay a $5.00 range fee. Alumni and Community Members will need to pay a $25.00 range fee.

No, Ryerson is not a university, and York... well.. they never count anyway.

U of T used to have a range at Hart House.

Was decommissioned when David Miller was mayor.
