I bought a Carlson's Blind side waterfowl choke for duck and goose hunting. Extended range with a dia. 695. for my super Vinci. Took it out to pattern the gun with ammo and choke and the pattern was not any tighter than the factory mod choke. I was shooting at 25m and did not have a consistent pattern. Apparently this choke should have a 30" pattern at 35 yards. I shot n'4 3 inch Kent Fasteel, Challenger, Black cloud and winchester. Do I just have to break in the choke or get a new one?

That choke is designed specifically for Winchester square Blind Side shot. maybe it doesn't like round shot?

As already mentioned, pretty sure that choke is designed for the blindside ammo.
I don't always get the greatest uniform pattern with aftermarket chokes, but you have to remember what those chokes are designed for - shortening shot strings.
I bought a Carlson for Black Cloud and was equally disappointed. It did not improve patterns and in fact was out done by the factory IMP CYL in my Maxus. The wads in these special loads are designed to release the payload down range. Choking or stripping the wad defeats the purpose IMO.

The Carlsons “Blindside” chokes are identical to the regular offerings at least as far as I can measure and see. I am not sure where you figured out what size pattern the choke should throw as even shot to shot consistent loads will have patterns that differ several inches over all.
Perhaps you are thinking of the proportion of the pattern in a 30” circle at a given distance.
