Carry Handle Sight Block

The sight assy/block on my AR15 carry handle is loose,side to side movement.
More so at the front side pointing to the front sight.it is loose when elevated.
Any way to tighten this up?

Does the left-right adjustment knob click when spun or does it turn freely?

I would disassemble the sight assembly and see if anything is broken/stripped Or maybe just taking it apart and putting it back together might fix your issue.

it may look complicated , but its pretty straight forward once you get going. ( i don't have one right it front of me atm..so ill do my best to describe)

start by removing a pin in the left to right adjustment knob.
punch it out part of the way and pull it out the other side with pliers and take the knob off
There is a small ball bearing in the knob, make sure you don't loose it!!
Then you remove the screw that holds the sight in place(the one that threads into the adjustment knob)

I honestly cant remember after that. hope it helps!
