Powder pellets, bullets, primers, breach plug tool, cleaning jag, etc all in a waterproof container.

How do you guys do it? Or do you go in with one round loaded and that's all ya need for the day.

I carry my reloads in something like this. The one I have holds 3 reloads and 7 primers. The only other thing I carry in my pocket/buttpack is a ball starter. If I can't fix it with a multi tool I walk back to camp.

Pouch and horn for my rifles, fir my shotguns , I preload the shot and powder charges in small viles and keep them in a 16 gauge ammo belt with flaps because there is a lot more shooting going on with upand and waterfowl than big game .

I bought one of those rifle buttstock bags from ebay for my CVA Wolf. Velcros on to the stock and I keep my stuff zipped up inside for use in my treestand or my blind.

I carry 2 or 3 of the traditions plastic speed loaders in my jacket pocket, with a premeasured powder load in one end and a bullet and primer in the other end. No need to carry a knapsack full of crap. ;)

I’m not muck of a buckskinner anymore. When I hunt with a muzzleloader it’s with a Savage smokeless. I carry some charges of 4759 in small plastic vials a geologist gave me, and put a few in a pants pocket. I fill one of the same containers with 209 primers and usually have some loose ones all over the place. A few saboted bullets in another pants pocket and thats it. If I want a blackpowder fix I shoot my cal and ball revolvers.

bullets, powder charge, primers

Primers in a capper strung around my neck with a primer remover as well on the boot lace under coat/vest to keep dry..
Spare sabots/bullets in a loading block again around my neck.
Measured powder in plastic vials in possibles pouch along with a starter.
A few primers in plastic vial in pouch or pocket in case things get real wet.
Usually don't need the round loaded in the gun but Be Prepared!

We do a lot of drives and shooting. I load at the truck, carry 8 pre-measured Blackhorn powder in tubes. Sabots in other tubes. Primers in a rubber holder attached to my jacket and more in a pocket and a ball starter. All this stuff is in my hunting jacket pockets. When blocking i get a few tubes and sabots ready to reload quickly.

All other tools stay in my backpack in the truck.

I shot an informal tac shoot using a 12ga and I took a fanny pack to carry the ammo. I was so much faster than the guys using preloaded cards in their pockets it was beyond halarious. They do have their uses

I used a quick load with powder and ball. A leather capper. Accessories in a bag ( hip or butt.) just know the law, caliber limits etc. when stopped in the field the cop or warden might not know muzzle loader law. Had one ask what was my cartridge length, I told him 44 inches, the length of the barrel.
