CAS coach gun

I also used the brass brush with steel wool around it however, I didn't use any compound but I used the cordless drill. Then I saturated a 12 ga mop with chrome polish, hooked it to the drill and polished the snot out of it. Cleaned the barrels and the chambers were like glass.

I went to the range on Sunday and really paid attention to the way the shells stuck in the chamber and we realized it was barely catching so we decided the hone would probably take too much off. So I'll try your solution 1st and see what that does it may not need much to get it to where I want it. I'll keep ya'll posted.:):)

Well I did it. What we ended up doing is simply taking length of fine sand paper, the kind used in doing auto bodywork. A strip maybe 2" wide and oh say about 16" long rolled it up and by hand reaming the edge of chamber. It took all of 10 minutes worth of work, I then cleaned the barrel with a mop soaked in gun lubricant. It left the chamber shinny and smooth. I then took it to the range and proceeded to shoot about 12 rounds and having all of them just slide right out. The next thing I want to do is to lighten the spring for the release lever. I'll likely take it to smith for that. Anyway thanks to everyone for the advise and the suggestions they helped a lot in deciding what to do.:dancingbanana::dancingbanana:
