Hey all. So I just wanted to drop a quick not about case deburring after trimming. I've been looking for a good tool do do the clean up after trimming. I bought the Hornady cam lock trimmer and I am quite pleased with how it works. However I hadn't considered the burrs. So I went looking for the right tool for the job. I ended up looking at the case prep trio but with the exchange rate these days the 175$ price tag is a bit steep for a counter sink bit. I ended up at the other extreme and bought the little tool that Lee makes.

It works great and I cleaned up about 150 pcs with it. But after that I really felt it in my fingers. To get the outside burr off I found I needed a lot of pressure, the inside burr came off quite easy.

Long storey short today I picked up the Lyman case prep multi tool. That tool is a thing of beauty. The cutters are sharp enough that I only need two finger pressure and a single turn to deburr either the inside or outside of the case neck. As a bonus the cutters that come with it could easily be put in a drill either directly or by using an inexpensive 8-32 standoff.

same boat. did hundreds, maybe thousands of brass with the black Lee two sided deburring thing. Gahhh.

And I now have the Lyman case prep center, and its so much better.
