Case for Brownings

Does the browning 725 come with a factory case? Or just a cardboard box?

Neither of those come with a case .

Browning are a bunch of cheap bastards, while beretta includes a case as do the vast majority of other gun makers in that price range, Browning does not.

I suppose it is all related to cost. The Berettas's usually come with very plain wood, however the Browning 725's have very nice wood.

Personally I prefer to have the nice wood & provide my own case.

I just got a new 725, who sells the cases in Canada? If there is no one who are you guys getting them from?

Any Browning full line dealer should be able to get you a case . I went with the frisco fitted case for my 725 .got it from the full line dealer here in NS .

I have an used beretta ou from the EE that came w/o case, so I ordered this one. Credit card tells me that it will be at my door for 106$ after tax and shipping etc..., so pretty cheap. My expectations are lowish, for that price. We'll see I guess.

Hah - damned thing arrived with the keys inside and one of the latches locked! Another key (generic on such a cheap case) is coming by mail. But so far it looks pretty good (on the outside anyways!) for the price. I'll post again if my assessment changes once I get into it.
