Case stuck in die?

Do you have a tap and die set?
1/4-20TPI tap, and drill bit.
Socket from the tool box that fits over the case and butts onto the die.
1/4-20 TPI bolt with washers, and a wrench to turn it with.
You will probably need to cut the case in two once it is retracted from the die.

Thanks Headshot. But it was the members here that gave me the idea. I should have thought of it since I had used the same trick 20 years ago for something else. I must be coming down with CRAFT...
