I use a Lyman Universal trimmer. It works but if you have a ton of brass to trim, it gets old real fast. I ended up buying power trimmer adaptor so I could use my cordless drill instead of hand cranking. Still a chore.
I'm hearing a lot of good stuff for the WFT: World's Finest Trimmer...
I have two of the originals rather than the one with the interchangeable bit-- one for .308 and one for .223. I just leave them set permanently. The WFT is a bit of a pain to set up (you need a properly trimmed case in order to set up your trimmer) but once it's set it's great.
The Giraud is generally considered the 'best', but there is a product on the market now called the 'Trim it' that works in a drill like the WFT, but trims, chamfers and deburrs in one step like the Giraud.
I use a stainless Wilson case trimmer with the micrometer adjustment for my.308 Win and 6.5 CM. There are no pilots to piss around with, it uses case holders and is the most accurate trimmer I have used. Not as fast as a Giraud but once you get the hang of it using the power adapter its pretty quick.
Another Wilson trimmer user. Cuts square and chamfers square. Need a square case mouth to seat bullets without run out. The piloted trimmers all do a terrible job of cutting "square".
