case trimmer

Upgraded from a Lee to a Sinclair/Wilson ultimate trimmer due to lack of case length gauges for a .375 ruger and .348 , well worth the price in my opinion.
Lee will make custom gauges. I got one in 358Win a couple yrs back. Worth the wait.

Also, I've made my own custom ones. The last one I made was for a 375/338. I just bought one for a 458Win and had it turned down.

If money was no issue, I'd own a Giraud Trimmer, a Forster Co-Ax single stage press, a Dillon 650 progressive.

Money is an issue though, so I have an RCBS rockchucker and Lyman trimmer, both work satisfactorily.

I contacted Lee for a custom guage and they told me were that they were unable to ship to Canada. It was a good excuse for me to upgrade anyhow.

I started out with a very basic model Forester and it served me well for many years. As part of my gradual upgrade in equipment and to fill the 'need' when I got my 500 S&W, I settled on a Lyman Universal. My buddy had recently bought one and it seemed to be be more than adequate and work well so......;) It works well and no complaints:).

I have a RCBS power trimmer and a Lyman hand-crank.I prefer the Lyman when doing only a box or so.The RCBS is ok for a large amount of one size at a time, but I find it slow to set up and use.At $400.00 it is no bargain and I am not sure I would recommend it.
