Hi, I bought some once fired brass (300WSM) and put them in a pile with the ones that I fired once out of my rifle, reloaded a bunch and some wont chamber.I need help figuring out why my once fired cases that I bought wont chamber even after full length resize and trimming(and the bullet pulled out).Their all Win and all the same length.

Very likely, the cases where fired in a rifle that had a chamber substatially larger than yours. Brass is elastic, and even when it is sized down, it springs back a certian ammount. If your die is set up to size cases that are fired in your rifle (fitting the chamber tight after sizing to not allow further stretching) it may not allow a case that was made larger to fit.

The case goes in and when I try to close the bolt I only make it half way down, its not progressively tighter either, it goes than it stops. even if I put pressure on the bolt it doesn't move at all, when I try to remove it it comes out easy( not like a case that's to big, theirs no friction its go,no go.)

Oh yea and I readjusted the die so the arbour touches the base of the die...So the case cant get any smaller than that.

If your using an RCBS press set it up so that it overcams. You can get the case slightly smaller this way and may just be enough to get the round to chamber properly.

Thanks for the tip, I tried it and can now chamber a round when applying a little pressure on the bolt.I tried to give it more so it would go even smaller, but the case kinked...

You should always full-length size new and new-to-you brass ensuring that it will chamber in any rifle so chambered. Then you can neck size after that.
