Casehardened a Kibler Hawken

I finished the stock now and made a simple lolly pop peep sight. Should be fun to shoot.

Thanks,

It is 50 cal. I tried it out before out club meeting last night. Shoots really well. The fire blue and casehardening looks really nice when the sun shines on it. The color ended up darker than I initially thought it would but I really like it in the end. I used a UV light in a reflective box to speed up the oil drying but it seems to reacted with the aquafortis and made it much darker.

did you make the aquafortis yourself or were you able to find a supplier for it in canada? Kibler wouldn't ship it last time i asked.
