Casey's Kids Benefit IPSC Match at Colby Club today.

Great job done by everone today. Thanks to everyone that helped out.

The air filtering system was not working for the 9am shoot. Had to group 9am and 11am squads together. They did a great job of getting us back on schedule.

Thanks to the shooters for their patience!

The RO's and our CRO did a great job getting things back on track. Thanks to them and their hard work and efficent range management! It could not have happend with out you!

Sorry the shooters that where not able to wait it out. Hope you give it another go next year and that we don't have the same issue again with the air system.

The unoffical results are completed and will be sent to IPSC Ontario tonight. Thanks to our awesome stats crew (SK, SK and DW). Not sure when the offical ones will be posted as I think PH is still out of town. PM me and I can send you a copy of the unoffical results. Be sure to include your email address.

Lol...shot WNYPPL this morning, been back in town since about 1400. Send them anytime and we'll get them up tonight.

Results are up on IPSC Ontario web site.

For the future, there is no need to wait when Pat get back from his travels. He can forward emails to me practically from anywhere. :)

Yeah but when he gets on his BB and is sending messages he gets into these long rants about beaver costumes in public forums that are quite disturbing......

It was a Squirrel suit and it's Tritiums now that he couldn't get the poop stains out, zaitsev was the one with beaver issues.

not sure on the range bag, but I believe Keith B. won the primers and Mike G. won the gift card. I'm sure the winners will be posted shortly.

Winners

Sorry I have taken so long to post the winners of the draws but as already mentioned, Karl B won the bullets from F.M. Shooting Sports and Kieth B won the box of Federal 100's, also from F.M. Shooting Sports. In addition, Mike G won the KFC/Taco Bell/Pizza Hut gift card from Twin Corp, and Peter P won the ammo bag from Shooters Choice.
As a result of all your generosity and that of our main sponsor, Double Tap Sports, we were able to raise over $2800 for Casey's Kids.
It was fantastic to see so many turn out and shoot our match. To all of you, our great CRO Ian B, the RO's, and volunteers, I want to give my heartiest thanks for making it a success. Even when the ventilation system went down on Sunday, you all rallied together to get back on track by the afternoon.
My special thanks to George P for designing the stages which was no easy feat considering our space. He, along with Sandy K also did most of the grunt work to haul the props from WCRA and back. Thanks Guys.
Sharon K and Debbie D did stats and got the results out in record time and a special thanks to Sharon for spending the whole weekend with us at the sign-in table.
I would also like to mention that Jerry M from Shooters Choice was called in on Sunday to help fix the ventilation system and thanks to him we were able to get all squads through with only a few who could not wait for the system to get fixed. My apologies to those who were affected by it.
All other volunteers, you know who you are and I thank you for your help.
Look for another match at Colby in February. We will put it up when we can figure out the dates.
Warren
