Casings getting stuck in revolver cylinder

check the diameter of the chamber, its possible its tapered due to polishing, if done the wrong way it causes this issue, the back may be slightly smaller, also check to see if any scratches are in the chamber and casing diameter for taper. once ejected does it still fit tight from both ends of the chamber
