Sig Sauer 1911 45 ACP Tac Pack

LEE TL-452-200-SWC
LEE TL452-230-2R
LEE TL452-230-TC
LEE 452-200-SWC

Please let me know, witch one will feed no problem, pass drop test ,with oal in limit, thank for you help

Can't say for sure but I've ordered a Lee TL452-230-2R to feed a few different 1911s. The 452-230-2R seems to be the recommended mold for closest to ball ammo from my limited research on Castboolits.com.

The 452-230-tc cycles in mine with no issues, I sized them to .451 and seat them to specs. Actually a little deeper than specs so that the large shoulder of the tc cast bullet is even with the casing. Never had a stoppage yet and that's probably 1800-2000 bullets fired out of her. The tc leave a nice punch hole in the target to see from a distance.

if it cycles at that seating length, no worries. You can vary OAL with in reason, just if your going to shorten it way back, don't go with a max load, which you probably won't be with a cast bullet anyways for best accuracy. And every pistol is different on what it's going to like. Drop test will have more to do with your assembly of components and proper sizing then bullet type, unless you've got some long weird ogive.

What diameter are you sizing at? What feeding issues are you having?

Of the molds you listed, the SWC are least likely to work. If your gun is picky stay away from swc.

Either of these should be good:
LEE TL452-230-2R
LEE TL452-230-TC

had issue with mine, the mold was a full round nose and when seated the lead would jamb into the rifling, either seat lead deeper and test in chamber or het a mold with a different round more eliptical
