I do youtube, let me know if you'd like a walk through! If anyone in Southwest Ontario wants to put on a casting clinic I'll provide the lead.
I've got the Lyman cast boollit loading book, Pm me for any specific caliberGotcha, will try that before I start to troubleshoot.
Thanks, found that one and downloaded it. It's a bit of a heavy read, but worth it.
Glad to see that I'm not the only one thinking about this, that others have done it.A few points:
- Different bullets from the same mould?: Yes you can. Put a 170 grain bullet (nose first) in a drill and cut it with a hacksaw. The result is a 100 grain (depending on where you cut)
Ted, I think you are in my neck of the woods IIRC. Once I sort my shed your are more than welcome to pop over, I can cover most of what you need.If anyone in Southwest Ontario wants to put on a casting clinic I'll provide the lead.
