CBSA confiscated my hc3r mag from my brownells.com order

They took my BX 50 last summer, which I understand but don't agre with. But yours is a different story. Ask them how they know this? It's a shat show to get them back.

Is the package labeled for chargers? Could be up to interpretation if doesn't state and could be pulling that dual purpose thing again.

Yupp your SOL. Says right on the packaging.

This is really ridiculous. I guess it's the packaging that makes it more dangerous. Nasty felonious letters they are.

Why ridiculous? It's just hilarious.
That's the modern society of law and order we live in. Logic and common sense do not visit us anymore.

Please correct me if I'm wrong but I was always under the impression that there was no magazine capacity for .22lr. Or am I missing something?

Unless designed (Re: advertised) as being functional in a pistol. Fact that it's advertised as functional in the Ruger Charger means must be capped at 10rds. since it is not, = prohibited. *facepalm* Yet, HC3R magazines are imported and sold in this country without said packaging, without restriction.

The magazine limit in Kanadastan for semiauto pistols is 10 rds, regardless of caliber:

In any case, as others have stated, it's terrifying trying to order from the US these days, and unfortunately your luck really sucked on this one. Just have to double and redouble check beforehand. Sorry.
