CCI Blazer 38 SP+P value?

So I picked up some of this on trade, but I don't have the appropriate hardware. Can anyone help with suggestions as to what it might be worth?

I would gander around 25$ a box

38 special sells for about $27 a box around here, so $25 for aluminum cased seems fine.
Unless "lead free" adds or detracts from value although I doubt it.
