Whoa! Do you have an account? I think it comes up at the Review & Payment phase. I'm in Ontario and the shipping was only $12.95 for 4 before the discount.
Yeah you put in the code on the last page. Saved me $14.95 in shipping.
So great to find a good price on in stock CCI with free shipping! Cheaper then driving to a local store

Are you sure you typed it in correctly, and is your order over $99? It seems to have worked for everyone else, would suck if your the only one left out

I think when the demand was there the shipping department just shipped on > $99 purchases after things slowed down they went back to the rules.

I ordered by phone they said they would contact me ( Monday or Tuesday ) before they ship if there are any addition charges. I ordered quite a bit so it will be interesting to see how it turns out. If they add a lot to the bill I will just cancel.
