CCI minimags!

I just got some minimags at CT for 8.49 for 100 rounds... not the greatest, but it's the first time i've seen them ANYWHERE. Same price as 50 stingers :mad:
 
I'm paying about 40 ish bucks for a brick, they shoot great in my mkII and are about the only thing I can find that cycles in my glock .22 conversion reliably so I think they are worth the price

I got a few bricks of blazers and don't need anymore .22lr for a while. centerfires seem to be keeping me busy. Just seeing the old familiar minimags got me excited though
 
Oh ok, yea I like that place, don't get there often due to the distance.

Not so impressed with the store in C'town. Some stuff is priced OK, other stuff is way out to lunch.
 
I don't often go to rustico either, just because of the distance and time i get off work, etc... I like going once in a while, though, as kevin has a bunch of neat stuff to show off whenever i go. Smokin price on my Ruger MkIII 22/45 Target. Let me and the wife shoot his AR last time we were out at Big Boot and i think I might have to get one now :)

Re the store in C'town: A lot of the prices on ammo and accessories are liek you say, out to lunch, but if you catch him on order day, Harmon has a decent variety of stuff (like reloadign supplies, though they go quick!!). He seems willing to dicker on price on the firearms themselves, though.

While they're not quite up and running (waiting for licenses), Green Diamond Equipment in Summerside is openign up a new Green Diamond Outfitters in the same building. They've got a bunch of Excalibur crossbows, Matthews compounds, and a bunch of recurve and longbows, and archery stuff right now. Coupel of leupold and redfield scopes, hunting clothing, decoys, etc. I have it on good authority that they will be up and running very soon with rifles/shotguns, handguns, and ammo galore.

There's plus and minus points everywhere. And if you want those minimags at CT, you'd better go quick, i only say 2 boxes in the case when I went!!!
