CCI Primers

I have been looking for CCI large rifle primers and every place is sold out, anyone else having problems? Does anyone know where to get any/have any for sale (1000-2000)?

Wholesale has been out of my CCI250's for quite some time too. So are Russels.

P&D told me the other day, thye haven't seen anything from CCI in over 4 mths, apparently they ahve shifted production to military. I had to buy Winchester small rifle as they were out of all other brands.

They said the same about Federal's as well, minus the Military usage.

Sucks, I really like the GM210/215M's.

my supplier got me a box of CCI No.34 NATO primers in two weeks, and its an item he usually does not stock (actually, he does not stock primers at all )

"...CCI No.34 NATO primers..." NATO they ain't. CCI markets them as 'milspec' primers. They aren't necessary for any milsurp cartridge or rifle either. They're a marketing gimmick.
There's a lot of complaining on the U.S. forums about a shortage of primers too. They're blaming the war.

I'm pretty loyal to Winchester primers. They're the only ones that seem to be readily accessable.

I just hope I have enough large rifle match primers to hold me over until availability is better. Once it is, I fully plan on switching from Federal to CCI, for the simple fact that I can stockpile CCI's. I haven't got the room to stockpile significant amounts of Federal primers with that ridiculously bulky packaging they seem to have a hardon for

They had a serious explosion at the warehouse which precipitated the change in packaging.

They dropped a pallet from a forklift about 15 years ago.

My supply of Fed 210M's (5 bricks) is bigger than my pistol primer stash from Winchester (40K). Packaging from Federal sucks, but I love them 210M's.....

I'd buy some 210M's if I could find them but all I could get today was 5000 CCI200's, better than nothing.
