Seems to be actually available and not horribly expensive. Fairly low velocity though, so I'm assuming you can't stretch it out too far?

Horrible velocity, but that's the whole point; it's a sand-bagged round with only a fraction of a propellant in it.

Even in a "hot" 22LR round, you're stretching your luck to get much results at 100m, so taking away half of the powder from that makes it not much more accurate than throwing a football at something.

The purpose of these rounds is to hit something extremely close, like a squirrel at 10m away, without making too much of a bang. It needs to be out of a bolt/revolver, too, because it doesn't produce enough gas to cycle the action on a semi-auto. If you try to put these in something like a Ruger 10/22 or Remington 597, you'll have a stoppage/jam every round.

Shoot about an inch low at 20 yrds from my CZ Ultra Lux. Long bbl really slows them down. From the CZ Scout they're POA at 20. Very quiet in the Ultra, fairly quiet in the Scout.

I love them. They are the plinking round of choice for the boys and I. Mostly use them at 25 yards, but work fine at 50. So quiet through the bolts and levers hearing protection is not required. 50 yards from where we shoot you can not hear them go off. They will cycle my speedmaster for the most part, but not the Nylon 66 or the Cooey 64. That's a very good price.
