CCI Quiets from an ANSCHUTZ? Anyone?

This is my first post so please be gentle.. I have shot a fair bit of the CCI quiet in my rifle with no issues at all (late 90s Anschutz 1710 ) . They are pretty accurate at 25m but at 50 you do have to aim high about 5cms to hit the mark.

Quiets out of a really long barrel would be very pleasant on the ears. They are probably as loud as mouse farts.

^they are. I've put them through one of the longer-barrel Cooey 75s. The sound of the bullet hitting a soup can is about 10x louder than the gun's report. :)

I feel like an Anschutz is unnecessary for this.
They're match chambered and troublesome for field use and will absolutely not shoot the hyper velocity stuff due to short chamber.

I've got a Savage Mk II and it's deadly accurate.
Maybe just get one of the good models with the boyds pistol grip stock and a decent scope with adjustable parallax (vortex crossfire HAWG HUNTA if you wanna go wild)

What are you talking about??? "Troublesome for field use..." that is ridiculous.

Mr squirrel decided that while I was cutting firewood he would help himself to my timmies apple fritter.. It became troublesome for him when Mr Anschutz reached out 35 meters and said hello....
