CCI stinger in GM 10/22 Barrel

So a friend borrowed my 10/22 for his vacations and showed me his targets with ammo info on it.

Well , I was pretty unhappy to see he used stinger in my new green mountain barrel.

He shot around 50 round trough it, should I be worried ?
 
go target shoot it with what you usialy use. if its shooting good then no harm no foul. did you tell him no stingers? BTW 50rnds in not alot

10/22 Target rifle. Not applicable to any other 10/22.

Owner's manual? Quote, from page 14:

WARNING-"STINGER" AMMUNITION
"Stinger" cartridges have a longer case than 22 LR cartridges loaded to U.S. Industry specifications. They can stick in the tighter chambers of target rifles, including the Ruger 10/22 Target Rifle, which can result in a hazardous ruptured case and release of hot powder gasses and brass when fired.
DO NOT USE "STINGER" AMMUNITION IN 10/22 TARGET RIFLES

He had extraction problems but I did not think much of it at the time since i did not know what he had been using in the rifle.

Seems like he also had to put his safety glasses on because of hot powder, now that make sense and I am seriously pissed.

I had friends borrowing my rifles twice now and both times I was raging when I got them back.Never again I guess.
