Hi all,
I have 4 boxes of Canadian military 9mm ammo. They are cardboard boxes stamped (in ink) "64 cartridges 9mm Ball Cdn Mk1 Lot 114". The rounds are FMJ and head stamped 9mm and CDN 1. I am just wondering if these are worth anything before I shoot them off.

It's the same ammunition we used and they still do use in the old FN Hi Power Browning pistol: 9mm MK 1 Ball FMJ.
That is just the old pack configuration. Now in use is the exact same round in different packaging.
It's the same round the forces still use today for the old Browning automatic pistol and the much newer Sig Sauer 226 which Military Police use.
It's fine in any pistol.
As far as being worth anything; not really. Blast away Sir, blast away ;)

Myself and other memebers put thousands of rounds of it through Aluminun framed S&W autos like the 59 ,459 etc. Cracks would develop in the 59s frames at around 6000 rds if i recall correctly. you have 256 rds, id say you are good to go. S&W apparently went good for the frames that were cracked but this was 25 years ago. :wave:
