Anyone know of a Canadian or Alberta distributor for reduced power AR trigger springs that have them in stock?

Anyone able to recommend JP enterprises spring kits or another brand from first hand experience?

Not looking for a 2 or 3 lb pull but 5lbs - 6lbs or so would be great.

I have a supposed / suspect DD milspec trigger group which breaks at about 8 - 9 lbs and have not yet polished the engagement surfaces.

Calls to LGS are coming up empty.

Many thanks in advance.

I was just planning on running a reduced power trigger spring and leaving the hammer spring stock / mil spec

Can that change primer strike strength and cause ignition issues?

Still looking for a Canadian distributor for the JP Enterprises Trigger Tactical Spring Kit (JPS4.0) or JP Enterprises Trigger CMP Service Rifle Spring Kit (JPS4.5). I priced out a timney with Jerry and at $300 (Low CAD dollar hurts) the $15 spring kit with a little polish might work. I'm just shooting 223 reloads at targets so its not like my life depended upon the rifle if it happens on a light primer strike. Winchester primers should work just fine and a 4lb or 4.5lb should be just fine. They say bobbing the hammer might help a bit as well. I can wait until my next Brownell's order but I always like to try and buy from Canadian dealers first.

Any help here is appreciated. Comments too.
