There is a reason none of the truly switched on high speed alphabet soup guys touch this. They can smell snake oil salesmen from miles away.

Yup.

Winnipeg Police were the only agency in Canada that were somehow convinced into using this. They recently dumped it.

And while we had a couple guys take the training, it was more as a 'personal development' kind of thing, and not something that was going to be implemented.

We've never used it for any type of training, in Depot or otherwise.

No one in my offices teaches the c-clamp......

We try to spend the extra time to fix some of the issues people end up with, the c-clamp being one of them!

I really can't understand why the c-clamp still gets taught to people on a semi-auto. Back when the conversion was taking place, I guess it was easier to do that that teach a whole new grip from the revolver.

But when you're teaching a new user, do it right the first time.

That of course is my own personal opinion and may not fit the 'vision' of the organization......

LOL,..I prefer the tea cup method...,..I have seen that at work...and the C-clamp has taken a bit of skin off.
