Wow, reading through some of the posts here, you'd think this was canadiangunjerkz.com
the OP has been around here for years now with 2,600 posts they should know the AK is prohibited
That looks VERY similar to an AKM receiver. I wouldnt be surprised if it was one. Wasnt there a bunch of pellet guns imported from China a few years ago that were made on AKM receivers? And later prohibited?
No...The "Progressive Conservatives" made most of the the AK's, AR's from non-restricted to restricted in 1992-ish. The Liberals won the 1993 election and subsequently turned most all of the newly classed restricted (military style) rifles and made them prohibited in around 1994-95. Being that they had just been made registered by the previous government, there was no way to escape the prohibition of ones' property under the Liberals![]()

never heard about that
You know what, your right, 12x owners are getting buried in the shadows, some dealer sites you must request photos, gunshops have them out of sight, owners must hide them in safes. You have to join american sites just to find someone to relate/share facts/history. We need a 12x forum for owners.
this is just sad that all those nice firearms are prohib.
Unfortunately yes.
