Cerakote Cooey! (***now with super enhanced picture power!)

I have seen it all now!
Ran into a friend of mine (ok not really, its a guy from the LGS but lets pretend he's a friend and not a drug dealer and my addiction is lead) and he like me likes to play around with tweaking guns.
he recently got into cerakoting guns.
picked up a oven for it, bead blaster, i think he even went and did a course in it, may even be certified for all i know.
but he showed me a Cooey that he Cerakoted and i must admit i was like...... no no no, you cant do that to a Cooey!

then he showed me the pics.
its actually pretty damn nice!

i had him send me the pics so i could see it on my ipad instead of my phone (bigger screen for older eyes).
i should have asked him if i can post the pics, ill do that tomorrow if i remember.

but if anyone has a old banged up cooey they love and wants to make it looking factory new its an option!
and it looks hella nice!

Aside the bolt being done as well, that looks sharp!

I have an old cooey that I brought back from the brink the only thing I have got left to do is refinish the bluing, but this might be a valid option as well...hmmmm.

I was considering that with a 9422m, I know that sounds bad, but it'll never be sold and the coating means less worry about rust.

Not that it's any of my beezwax there lone-wolf, but I'd be searching out the other method
that there is a thread on.
Forget the name of it, but it is a chemical process rather than a paint jawb.
