Cerakote in central AB

Just got a RPR IN 6.5 creedmoor. Topping it with a vortex gen 2 razor and a spuhr 20moa mount. Well I like the rifle I am not overly pleased with the finish of it. I was thinking it would be nice to have it cerakoted in the same colour as the vortex razor HD scopes, or maybe a desert tan? Any recommendations or previous experience to steer me the right way to get it done would be appreciated.

Not ceracote, but there a armacoat dealer in Thorchild, ab that does great work.

I believe he does parkerizing, blueing, and armacoat.

I think Arma-coat is superior to cera-cote anyways.

Having had both properly applied, I won't have anything other than Cerakote put on my firearms going forward.

I talked to Bob at Custom Gunwerx and ordered up some burnt bronze to try out on the RPR. I will post pics when it's done but it sounds like it's going to be a few weeks to even receive the paint.

It's a safe bet to say that Harley did that. He does very good work. Great selection of colours in stock and very good turn around time. Great prices too.
