CF small arms trial completed

From who, some guy at the gun store?
Actually it was his cousins nephew who works painting the fences at the DND at Ft. Edmonton located on the south bank of the North Saskatchewan river. During the summer months we mount a contingent of NWMP to guard the place. They are armed with front line Inglis pistols.

Take Care

Doesn't matter. They will reboot the tests to ensure as much money as possible can be skimmed and kept in QC as possible. And in the end buy whatever POS they can scam even more money out of. - dan

I love ragging on Quebec as much as the next guy, but they don’t have exclusivity on this one. Think the QC shipyard is the only one that’s managed to put out a ship on time and under budget. Can’t say that about their competitor in NS.

The huge under the table kickbacks guaranteed that the “boat” would go out under budget. There’s not a single contract of this size in Quebec that hasn’t had huge kickbacks. Ask SNC Lavalin for confirmation of that, !!!

no one is going to challenge you on corruption at SNC. That said your baseless allegation about every contract being subject to kickbacks is uncalled for.

Besides, one persons kickback is another persons consultant fee.

Haha, maybe I exaggerated a tad but the corruption in large scale contracts in Quebec is well known.

Uncalled for? Hardly…

And I didn't say every contract... I said every contract of this size and that's a fact.....

In the end the CAF will buy the Sig 320, the Glock guys will claim foul and life will return to normal. Noe the fighter jet situation is interesting given it is a chance for Turdo to poke Biden in the eye.

Well if they don't get new fighter jets soon the aging F18's will not be able to intercept the Russian coming into Canada over the North Pole that is for sure.

A lot of people don't realize that Russias longest Border is shared with Canada.

Debateable whether the F-18s could intercept russian aircraft now. Our odds of detecting them until after they have already entered our air space is pretty low.

If they do enter our airspace, I expect American pilots will get there first.

Whatever they choose, it will either be 1. A piece of #### or 2. Promptly made a piece of #### via our ridiculous procurement requirements which ensure some sketch scam company in Quebec can embezzle tax dollars in back room deals.....
