Well, CQB is CQB... It's 30 yds in. So why not use a pistol calibre rifle?? Leo's do in some cases...![]()
I agree. What I meant to say was that if people had issues with this, you could score the match in two classes- carbine and SMG.

Depends on what you want to practice... There are benefits to starting small and working out all the macro flaws before you start fine tuning with the heavier cartridges and working out your micro flaws. To each their ownIf I were the one making the rules (and I'm not) I would say that the carbine must shoot at a minimum a rifle cartridge of .223 or more. Using small pistol calibers kinda defeats the purpose, that being to test your skill with the carbine. Managing the minimal recoil of a modern rifle caliber carbine is one of those skills IMHO.
For example, yes a 9mm carbine is easy but so is standing 1m away from the target for the whole match.

I' easy
I have a BFG VCAS 2 point sling, rear point mounted in the vertical slot of my CTR and front point attached to the sling swivel. I had the sling over my right shoulder and under my left arm.
We need to get ourselves some sort of morale patch that says mirror commando or something like that. What do you guys think?
