The course last year had a few hours dry training .. ( and Hungry,s dry jokes..lol) and getting the rifle and gear set up .
The range goes back to 600 yards .
It was really nice using Hungry,s Kowa spotting scope . It makes a huge difference having god optics.
We will be starting a thread on that clinic soon and will have more info at that time.
 
Come on April ...
My new rifle arrived today (NEA-15 Thanks again !) ...added an Eotech 511, magpul sights and grip .
Glock 34 and vest are ready....thanks for the advice on the cheap vest Hungry ...as it will work fine.
Hopefully this old body of mine can keep up as I have been taking CQB training wed nights with our club Pres .

I will definately check it out when the thread starts. With the gear as I dont have any ballistic computer, spotting scope, or windage doo hickey. Pretty much just a rifle/scope/bipod/mat and bags and stuff like that, just getting into it and I may not have all required due to broken leg thing (not working for some time and cant eat spotting scopes or ballistic computers)
 
We will have the range hut available for the clinic so if you guys want to bring anything to sell we can set it up on one of the benches in there (or print out a pic/info if you aren't comfortable leaving it laying around). Feel free to post what you will be brining in this thread as well.

Sorry if I hijack the thread but though I would ask. What if I don't have pistol ? Everything else are set except pistol. Can I still join ? Thanks.

I am sure someone will lend you one for the event , our gun club has acouple extra .
Contact Hungry to register.
If you sign up send me your email address as you will require a letter of invitation from us so you can transport your restricted firearm to the event.

I am sure we will....we will also be having Hungry up this year in the fall for a M-14 clinic and a precision shooting clinic.
Last time I checked with Hungry we still have a few spots open before our limit of 30 people is reached for the CQB clinic.

That fella cannot make it. Family priorities. No worries, leave it inside your vehicle. You will be surprised at who forgets what at home. :D Seen lots of this happen.

The Petawawa GC coordinators here are fantastic to work with. I'm excited for next fall, first. Git ready. We haven't sat down yet, but I committed to this location.... :cool:

We are gonna have a poopload of learning and fun! That's why we at Langemark Range at CFB Borden are all booked up for our clinics AND matches. Last week at our CQB Match # 1, we had 55 competitors. Even had one from CFB Petawawa, go figure. You will meet him at this coming clinic. Hey some of you might appear on a popular Tactical Feature show. :evil: I am not saying anymore. ha ha ha ha ha :nest:

Packing up my targetry kit and megaphone for the clinic in 8 more days! :wave:
