CFC or CFO who changes the status ?

Who changes the status on the site ? CFO after approving or CFC when CFO transfers file back to them ?

I ask because i spoke to CFO last week and was told to get ex gf to call in and that was what was needed for approval. This was Friday and status has yet to change.

Im beginning to hope mine just shows up in the mail. You still getting the "in progress"?

Yeah still in progress but just made some head way with a very polite phone call to the CFO. At first I was told that the delay is not 45 days but three months for a PAL. He put me on hold and came back to ask "your application is just for hunting rifles correct ?" once I said yes he mumbled looked in my file and finally said all is good you will receive it shortly . This was ony about 15 min ago so the status has yet to change.

My extra 3 week wait at cfo's turned into a 2 day wait, says issued as of today. Whats the word with yours?
