CFE223 with 55gr fmj

So everybody on here simply assumes that CFE223 powder is used only in a .223? Not one thing in the original question indicates that. Makes me shake my head.

Come on... he said plinking ammo for his AR with a 55gn campro fmj. The only bullet that matches is the 223 55 BT FMJ

Seriously, an AR with a 223 55 BT FMJ, IS going to be 223/5.56

27.0 CFE-223 & 55 grain will be close to your sweet spot... I load 28.0 in my 223 bolt guns.

Lol boy that all seemed to get out of hand. Thanks for all the info you guys posted. I am indeed shooting these in 223 out of my DD And Colt AR.
