CFET BCL Siberian 4000 Round Final Report

Yikes! What a piece of junk.

Maybe I’ll get one so I can sell it to Trudy.

Kidding - we all know that’s not ACTUALLY going to happen.

Sucks that you had a lemon to review and that they wouldn't just send you a new rifle at that point..

We've no reason to believe it was a "lemon".

It's important to understand that they didn't know which rifle they sold was going to be tested or which warranty return was the test rifle.

So we attained the rifle but didn't give the same person's details when discussing it with them as we did when registering the rifle.

Thus even with all the stoppage info being provided to them their warranty returns failed

What do you mean by 'Lemon'

What do you mean by 'Lemon'

A lemon is a product that doesn't meet quality expectations and requires frequent repairs. It's often used in relation to cars that start having issues as soon as you leave the dealership.

How long till BCL changes their name again? Maybe next time they'll realize it's not the name, it's the quality of their products that is the problem...

I understand what you are saying and somewhat agree but myself as well as a few friends have thousand through our without any issues minus bolt hold open when you are resting on the magazine.

I have done the deep dive on four different Canadian made rifles that I wanted to purchase/support.

Passed on everyone - pretty lame that no Canadian company can make a rifle that works out of the box with some durability.

Agree with this... now that I know the term lemons

I believe this is probably the issue with canadian rifles as the manufactures likely dont have their productions systems as well down as bigger more established american brands. Some people never have issues with any of these rifles well past thousands of rounds.

Even with rifles from lockhart which get great reviews you have people who have many many issues out of the box they cant work through
