You can see where I am coming from on their fb page, they call it "summer brutality". A dozen or so guys dressed up in camo with face paint and firearms going through the bush.

They deny it of course as mentioned in one comment and I am sure it is completely harmless, until it is not.

Again, who's the one that sounds like a liberal here? Because it sure isn't the dudes going out and challenging themselves in a very physical shooting competition. To me, it's more the people complaining about it and making baseless accusations.

I find it a bit concerning that a dozen guys are running around in the bush dressed like military and are carrying guns.

Not only in a particular way but also for the gun community as a whole.

Example. You can carry a NR rifle legally in DT Kamloops as long as it is unloaded - transportation.

Would you do it?


But keep on doing what you are doing there in Quesnel. I am sure you will get attention eventually.

So a bunch of guys running around in the woods in camo is a problem? Guess you must hate hunters then, because that's what they do by the thousand every fall.

Multigun is modern sport shooting. It's the kind of sport that ARs are best at, because it was literally designed around them. If you want to call the AR a sporting rifle, then don't crap on the sports that use it.

Plus, the AR owners did not do it like this since those where restricted.

I would say we should never take our guns out if the house because what if someone is upset by seeing a case! You may want to explain why is it necessary to run around in the bush with locked and loaded guns. For exercise as some young fellow mentioned.

But what are the guns for then?

According to the allowances by the government, sport shooting and hunting. Both of those involve exactly what you quoted. It is hilarious to me how you are attacking a group literally meant to grow the sport with challenging and inclusive competitions and yet calling them the ones that are a bad look for gun owners or are destroying the sport.

Have your prune juice and turn in fudd, you've embarrassed yourself enough for one day.

You are using the prune juice for what? I wonder why some younger folks know so much about that - I guess junk food doesn't meddle well with your diet.

It is not about embarrassment my friend, try to read. The world is changing, well maybe not up there, for now.
 
I thought this was a thread about WK181 testing. Seems that once again we have strayed off topic by some people who are not as respectful as they could be.

Perhaps we could stay on topic, be a little kinder and perhaps the moderators could be a little more proactive? This is a time to show the best aspects of our hobby not the worst.
 
Thank you for these thorough tests. If these manufacturers are going to make the public beta test their products then they better be prepared to receive public feedback.
