Anyone know the rough current wait time for the Alberta CFO to approve a restricted purchase????

if it is your first 2 weeks
If you have registered a few AB is usually 2 days

There is an ongoing thread on the typical wait time for transfers in Ontario. Many people from other provinces routinely post their local experiences there. Typically outside of Ontario it takes just a few days, unless there is an issue.

Yea I am doing a trade, and they were quick to approve his to leave the province but mine is still awaiting approval...

I just transferred a ar15 (last week) to Calgary and it was 48 hours

First Restricted took about one week after I faxed my Gun Club Membership, after that about 2 busness days.
