Yes, yes it is.

We have been trying to explain to them that they were biting the hand that feeds them by not being more proactive and aggressive with their service conditions programs. Service conditions shooting needs to be at the forefront of the DCRA's agenda in order for them to survive as this is what the military needs from us.
 
Has anyone seen the bidders package? What was the requirements in the contract?
How was it assessed?

ACL has more than enough experience and I have no doubt they will put on a world class event. They will do an awesome job and have my full confidence.

Wow, that's so cool! Just took a look at those stats... Lots of progress from many of the NSCC shooters from LFWA and LFCA! Well done , folks!
