Looked through the FAQ's but I still have some questions. Approximately how much does it cost to take the CFSC course in total(including the actual certificate afterwards), and how much does the PAL cost in total as well? Any information you could share would be greatly appreciated, I'm located in the Lower Mainland of B.C. if that makes any difference.

If your just getting your PAL for non restricted, the licence cost is $60.00. If you want the RPAL (which lets you purchase non restricted and restricted) the licence cost is $80.00.
As far as the course goes it seems to vary by province, but it's about $150.00 for the PAL course and exam, and $10 or $15 for the manual. Add about $100 for the RPAL course and exam, and another $10-$15 for the RPAL manual.

In Ontario "Google" an organization called the FSESO which is an association of CFSC/CRFSC Instructor-Examiners & they will get you up to speed on pricing of courses & study manuals, etc.
I know.......I used to be a member.
They will also sell you study manuals & other stuff you might need as well as provide a current list of certified instructor-examiners & their contact information.
