Hello all,

Just joined, looks like a great board for a newbie!

Looking to enroll in a combined CFSC/CRFSC course in Vancouver, any recommendations and feeback?

Thanks!

+1 , silvercore is a great place to take the courses. They also have several locations in the lower mainland that they teach out of. Great instructors w/ good sense of humor and the classes just pass by since ur so entertained. i even joined their gun club to obtain my ATT. :D

yeaaah, im gonna join up when i get my card...

they really don't want to give the # over phone, so either i go in person or wait 2 weeks :(

Did you call the CFC or the CFO? I called the CFO this morning, got my number and just handed them an ATT application in person.

both, i talked to the lady at the bc cfo for a while, and i got her to aggree to give it to me if i go in person.

i guess it doesn't help that im 20 years old and a visible minority haha....

I have done some recent firearms training with Executive Firearms, it was awesome, instruction was great. I know they offer the courses you are looking for, I just challenged my restricted test with them last week as well. I believe they are very competitively priced also. Their web address is : www.xarms.ca

I did my training through Executive Firearms as well. Was impressed with everything, the price was right and I didn't have to go back a second day just to finish off. (just got the PAL, not RPAL).

Silvercore is pretty good, and you can get a pre-filled ATT application that covers you for 24/7 throughout all of B.C. You basically have to fill out your personal info and that's about it, a no brainer really.

have to go with Silvercore as well. They hold courses throughout the Lower Mainland day and night making it easy to work around your schedule, tons of hands on experience with all actions of firearms, And great instructors who will help you breeze through it. Highly recommended.

LOL

+1 Silvercore. Great people. Course was much more fun and interesting than i expected.

Don't forget to look at the large "Shorten PAL approval times" thread at the top of this forum.

Oh, and welcome! :)

Anyone have any idea how long the duration of the Silvercore combined cfsc/crfsc is? I know it's 2 days but is it an all day type thing?
