CFSC/CRFSC course in Vancouver

we did our non-restricted on a Saturday and Sunday. 8-5 Sat. and 8-12 sunday - then the tests.

We didn't stay for the Rpal sunday (prior commitments) so we took it about a week later, on a weekday evening. 4 hours instruction, 15 min test - done!

I think I got 98 written, 100 practical. My wife beat my test scores though LOL darn!

We studied, watched the vids etc. that made the test's easy.

Private guy, comes to your house if you have two or people. 150$ cash per person. PM me and I will give you his name and #,
As dont think I should post it here. I did sat and Sunday 10am to 3pm, non and restricted includes 2 written tests and two practical tests.

Silvercore was really professional, great instructors all info given to pass the course! I also became a member to their gunclub and got my ATT in less than 4 days after faxing over the paperwork that Silvercore sent!

i did mine at K&K firearms training center. its located in cloverdale BC and it was a very good experience. Kent is a great instructor. Also, they had free pop, juice, cookies, snacks there that you could munch on all day during the course. we even ordered pizza as a group for lunch to eat while we watched the boring video we had to watch. Im doing my CORE there at the start of april as well and am much looking forward to it.

check out their website at www.fastc.ca or give em a call @ 604-671-5523 you wont be disapointed i promise!!!

Private guy is cheapest, comes to your house, and is fully qualified, has all the firearms to teach the course.
My Rpal was just approved and issued. Waiting for the mail man now.

Just wanted to thank everyone who mentioned Silvercore here. I saw this thread last week and booked my training with them for me and a buddy this weekend.

100%/100% and 98%/100% on non-restricted & restricted written/practical.

Fun course, great instructors, learned a lot and everything was setup for you to succeed - just had to pay attention and not be afraid to ask for help/demonstrations. Despite having a few too many drinks Friday night, the 7-8 hours on Saturday just blew by because the way they presented stuff was interesting and engaging.

Highly recommended! Thanks Martin & Brock.

Now to send off my RPAL application tomorrow, hopefully I get it within a couple months..
