Make a photocopy for yourself just in case.

When I recieved mine I got 2 originals. I put one away in a safe place and sent the other in. I believe it says right on the forms that it must be the original documents.

A photocopy is fine. Right from page 3 of your app:

"Box 20 b)

To get a Possession and Acquisition Licence............blah blah blah.

If you have your Canadian Firearms Safety Course Report, provide a photocopy with your application."

Unless of course you live in Ontario. Then your test goes to the CFO to verify that in fact it was a real test run by a real instructor. Then it gets mailed to you. Then you mail it to the CFC.

Nice way to add a few months to the process.
