I have been here for a while, and I have read and read and to be perfectly honest I am pretty sure that I could challenge and pass the course. I have done the online "practice course" that had been posted here a while back with a few hundred questions and have gotten only 3 or 4 questions wrong.
That said I would still like to do the course and so would my wife (we both want to get our licenses). We live in Ontario but we are considering doing the course in Quebec since we visit there quite often. I believe I have read that it is fine to do the course anywhere in Canada and apply in your home province afterwards (since it is federal) but I wanted to make sure Quebec isn't any different (since you know it is Quebec) and if we do our non restricted course in Quebec that we will not have a problem applying for our license in Ontario (I know everyone sends them out to NB).
I think I have read about people doing it in Alberta and living in Ontario before and as I recall there was no problems with it.
