CG X-Treme Mod 22 2-stage Trigger for the Remington 700?

I got mine straight from the website. Tom (the maker) is a great guy and is really helpful.
I would not buy any other trigger for a M700 or clone other than this one. I have not tried the Tubb but the CG is good enough to be used on US Armed Forces rifles which is something that the Tubb cant say. I also tried the Cadex two stager this weekend, just dry fire a couple of times, but would say the CG is a good bit nicer. The second stage wall is much more clear. It could have been tough that the Cadex was adjusted too light for my tastes though.

And if you don't like how it adjusts, Tom will send you more springs to tune it differently. Mine have a 2 lbs. first stage and a 0.5 lbs second stage for a total of 2.5 lbs. No trouble whatsoever finding the second stage wall, and it breaks like a dream.
I also went direct through Tom. Great guy, smooth transaction.
Next go around, I'm going to try the Cadex two stage. Sounds like a very similar trigger to the AI, should be on the list of alternatives and maybe worth a price check.

I have a CG trigger already, so I know it well. I just need another one for a different rifle.
I'd like to hear more about that Tubbs trigger though.
Sometimes you like or dislike something more once you get to adjusting it and tweaking. The CG is simple common sense and that can be hard to beat.
