I have to tell you, after hunting snows for the past week between the big gang last weekend and yesterday with Swinginberries, I don't think I have ever hunted anything with such diverse weather conditions in a one week period...

Last weekend we dealt with snow, rain, sleet, freezing rain, fog, sun and temps of -9 to +5.....

Yesterday, we hunted off of backboards in tyvek suits in amongst the decoys in fair weather and my face is completely sunburned.....

In the words of 1963Beretta.... "Mother nature is a c@nt"

Bahaha...thats funny. I recall Hoyt coming back from the oh so important lunch/coffee run and and saying he saw a bunch of geese feeding on a pile of sh!t. It didnt take long for those geese to come fly by us.

Lol...... well, I just sliced up 6 goose breast patties and didn't find a single pellet..... so either you missed or Hoyt has excellent dressing skills.. lets go with the latter.....

Back in the blinds today..... David from SLO called me at 5 am, one of the guys in his group fell ill last night and he offered me a spot for a price I couldn't turn down.... we are only 3 in the blind and doing very well..... final tally and pic to follow....
